摘 要:
随着社会经济的发展,国外著名寿险企业加大了在我国投资的力度,从而使寿险企业的市场竞争进一步加剧。在激烈的市场竞争中,寿险企业能否进一步生存发展取决于其是否拥有高质量的服务,而寿险企业为客户提供服务的直接参与者就是员工,所以,员工成为寿险企业发展的基石,那么,如何科学的考核员工绩效,激励员工,发挥员工的工作潜能,最终实现寿险企业的战略目标,就成为寿险企业最关心的问题之一。本文在现代绩效管理理论和有关文献研究的基础上,对寿险企业的员工绩效管理体系进行了全面深入的分析,并借鉴有关寿险企业绩效管理的成败得失,结合我国国情,提出寿险企业员工绩效管理中存在的问题,并提出建议和改进方案,为我国寿险企业员工绩效管理的发展提供参考。
本文共分为四个部分:第一部分阐述了绩效管理的涵义及寿险企业员工绩效管理现状。第二部分是对寿险企业员工绩效体系中存在的问题进行分析。第三部分是探讨了寿险企业员工绩效管理体系的改进设计。第四部分是对寿险企业员工绩效管理体系的实施控制提出建议。
