中毒！！！ 文件夹属性变成应用程序

电脑上的估计是通过u盘中毒的，现在D、E、F盘的文件都变成应用程序了，装了正版杀毒软件也没查到毒，，，怎么办？？？？？？？？ 不会要重装系统吧？

新建记事本复制以下
