11.1原材料的选择
1.水泥：进场应有产品合格证及化验单，不合格的水泥产品坚决杜绝进场。水泥进场后，应堆放整齐，不同标号水泥应分别堆放并标识，不得混合堆放。在运输及保管过程中，应注意防水、防潮，超过保质期（一般为三个月）或受潮水泥，必须经过试验决定其是否可用或降低标准使用，结块水泥不得使用。
2.砂：应采用符合规定级配、细度模数在2.5以上的中粗砂，且要求坚韧耐磨、表面粗糙有棱角、清洁、有害杂质含量低；当无法取得粗、中砂时，经配合比试验可行，亦可采用泥土杂质物含量小于3％的细砂，注意合理选用砂率。
3.碎石：应选用质地坚硬、耐久、洁净、级配符合规范要求，最大粒径不超过40mm；碎石的粒形以接近正立方体为佳，不宜含有较多针状颗粒和片状颗粒。
4.外加剂：在必要情况下选用外加剂如减水剂、流化剂等，均能提高新拌混凝土的工作性，提高强度及耐久性。
5.水：洁净、无杂质，饮用水可直接使用。

11.2施工准备
1.选择合适的拌和场地，要求运送混合料的运距尽量短，水、电等方便，有足够面积的场地，能合理布置拌和机和砂、石堆放点，并能搭建水泥库房等。
2.进行原材料试验和混凝土配合比设计。
3.混凝土摊铺前，对基层进行整修，检测基层的宽度、路拱、标高、平整度、强度和压实度等均须符合要求方可施工，如有不合格之处应予以整修、补强等。混凝土摊铺前，基层表面应洒水润湿，以免混凝土底部水分被干燥基层吸去。
11.3路面施工
11.3.1测量放样
根据设计图纸放出路线中心线及路面边线；在路线两旁布设临时水准点，以便施工时就近对路面进行标高复核。混凝土摊铺过程中，要做到勤测、勤校、及时纠偏。
