UC知道高手请进，电脑蓝屏,出来一大堆英文（内有详情）

已出现这样的情况已有3次，前两次我都直接按主机上的开机按钮强行关机重亲开机后又是可以用几天的。今天中午电脑一开机，又出现这个问题，我想请大家帮忙诊断一下是什么问题。开机后一到桌面就转到这个画面：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to pvevent damage to your computer.，

restart your computer.If this sceen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardwareor or software is properly installed.

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe. Mode to remove or disabe components .restart your computer ,press F8 to select .Advanced startup options, and then select safe Mode.
