前半对，后半多了个had。有2个had的情况只有一种，前一个为助动词，后一个为动词，但not不可能出现在第二个had后。而且如果had 是实义动词，delay就你可能出现。

对过去的虚拟，没问题。

had not had delayed or had not delayed.

had had not delayed is wrong

应该是We would have finished our task if you had not delayed your job。

had had 不对，没这么种语法。应该是had not delayed your job
