急 gre的收信英文地址更改

我报了27号的机考，由于各种原因已经退了
但是我的英文收费地址是错误的——gre的光盘资料没有收到
退款要求我直接联系ETS
我不知道该怎么写更改地址的邮件，有没有朋友遇到过类似的事情？谢谢回复啊。有的话，把你当时写的邮件给我一下，参考一下。谢谢了

不管你有什么问题尽管给ETS发信即可，他们都会在3天内回答的，下面是我以前写的关于成绩单没有收到而该地址让他们重新发送一份的信件，你可以参考一下，只要告诉他们你的考试信息就行，方便人家找到你的资料：

I asked you to send my GRE score to several institutions about 2 months ago. However, some of them have not received yet.
