求解一道初中英语选择题

我知道none是三者，neither是两者，可是为什么这里选none，好像这里friend没有s，应该就两人把，是不是和has有关？

这题确实选C啊！还有，它不和has有关，不管是几个人，只要是否定的都应该用单数

neither 不是这个用法的。 例：my friend doesn't have one, neither do I.

应该是答案错了吧，初中的题应该就考none是三者，neither是两者吧，要不然还要考什么？
