目的：研究肺炎支原体的生物学特性及各种营养元素对肺炎支原体的培养生长的影响、探讨培养法检测肺炎支原体(MP)的临床应用价值。方法：本实验主要采用分离培养法，使用肺炎支原体标准菌株，配制肺炎支原体生长的基础培养基，再通过对培养基进行单因素实验的方式确定利于肺炎支原体培养生长所需要的营养元素、抗杂因子和生长环境，进而筛选出肺炎支原体生长的最适培养基 ，一般37℃环境下恒温培养3-7天观察实验结果，挑选培养基颜色有变化的菌管，从而建立肺炎支原体菌种库。结果：阳性：肺炎支原体培养生长3-5天，培养基颜色则开始变黄，表现出肺炎支原体所特有的正常的生长现象；抗杂：接入杂菌（含人型支原体、解脲支原体、淋球菌、真菌等）后，培养基培养过程中菌管颜色无变化；阴性：培养基培养过程中始终无任何颜色变化，结果正常。结论：小牛血清、酵母浸出液、葡萄糖等成分有助于肺炎支原体的生长培养，青霉素、氨苄霉素、两性霉素等抗生素能够有效的抑制培养基中接入的杂菌的生长，有良好的抗杂能力、培养法检测MP可作为早期诊断的金标准,且方法简便快速,易于推广。
