how 和 what 都可以用。但是用出来结构不一样。
例如：How pretty the girl is.
What a pretty girl.

too much 后面加名词。
much too 后面加形容词。
都表示 很。的意思

HOW是后面跟形容词或者副词，如：how clever the boy is
what跟名词，what a clever boy he is

too much 太多后跟名词

much too 太怎样 跟形容词或副词，前面加much表程度

How+adj.+the+n.+be!
What+a/an+adj.+n.(或adj.+n.)it is(不必要)!
too much+u.n.
much too+adj.

how 加形容词, what加名词
How beautiful! What a beautiful girl!
如果句子比较长，你得先把主语和谓语部分去掉再判断
