我觉得这样：
1.We have completed the anticorrosion process by painting the operating platform of the workshop
2.We have finished checking and refilling the fire extinguishers.
被动语态也可以，不过不是必须。

为什么不用被动语态呢？
The operating platform has been painted with anticorrosive paint.
the fire extinguishers have been checked and refilled.

1 ，对车间钢结构操作平台涂刷防锈漆，做防锈处理。
1 ，我们有手绘的操作平台与防腐涂料。
2 ，厂内消防用灭火器进行检验和重新灌装完毕。
2 ，我们已检查和重新装填的灭火器。
