一、计算机信息交易法的研究意义

二、计算机信息交易法的研究内容
首先，研究计算机信息交易立法的重要性和可行性，着眼于计算机交易立法区别于与传统合同法、知识产权法和物权法保护的特殊性，进行相关立法的研究。其次，明确界定计算机信息的内涵和外延，为更好地调整计算机信息交易奠定基础。最后，研究计算机信息交易中权利义务内容具体制度构建，分析市场许可、信息担保、电子自助人等相关制度在中国是否具有建立的必要性和可行性，以及与现有相关立法协调的问题。
