貌似是因为你的文件系统不支持2GB以上的单个文件，你真机的文件系统是NTFS么？
你没有设置你本机虚拟机的硬盘位置和容量.
拷过来的虚拟机大于2G了,在你这里运行不了.
这个东西不是游戏 复制过来就能用 是需要自己安装的 有教程很简单的，不过我感觉没什么用处，你玩游戏双开？这个虚拟机不支持3D游戏的
先让VMware Workstation 正常运行，然后再设置虚拟机，再把虚拟硬盘挂上去。
拷贝不行的，要安装的。
