摘要:近年来,职场中的倦怠情绪已成为人们关注的热点,对职业倦怠的研究受到人们的广泛关注,现在它已成为西方组织行为学和人力资源管理研究的热点。本文通过分析大量国内外研究职业倦怠的资料,简要介绍职业倦怠的定义及危害,并从人力资源管理的角度,从外部和内部两个方面论述了职业倦怠产生的原因,并着重论述了职业倦怠对企业和员工的影响。在概述职业倦怠及分析其成因的基础上,从组织及个人两个方面提出缓解、防治的对策。
