请英语高手帮忙看下我的英文信有语法错误吗？

Regarding your questions:
I am proceeding to postgraduate study, for the second year. At present, I have been the end of the course and get all the credits. Now, I am doing some projects and ready to do thesis. Time for my graduation in December of this year or June next years, the decision is the completion of the thesis.

If I get the opportunity about the exchange students, I tend to choose to do project. Learned from my friends in HIT, I know that have a safty project and, if possible I would also like to take part. Because of the safety and risks associated with my thesis. I plan to three months in Norway, and finish my dissertation at the same time, published an academic paper try mybest.

If there are no suitable projects, study in Norwegian is a good choice. I can choose the fall semester courses, and then graduate in June next year
