In retrospect of this economic bubble crisis, it's pretty easy to find that many of the current characteristics of China's real estate industry are surprisingly similar to that of the USA before it was hit by the subprime mortgage crisis, exposing the various problems facing China's real estate industry. This paper analyzes these issues and their causes, evaluates China's policies on the real estate industry and makes corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
