宁夏水稻耐低温多基因遗传转化的研究
摘要：低温对水稻的生长、发育甚至整个稻作生产都会产生不良的影响，低温冷害严重时水稻的结实率明显下降，造成大幅度的减产，甚至绝产。因此，水稻的耐低温转基因研究十分必要。本研究利用农杆菌介导法将耐低温多基因植物表达载体KGTE转入宁夏现有的栽培水稻品种中，经过多轮的抗性筛选，获得转基因植株，为提高宁夏水稻抗寒能力的研究奠定基础。

Ningxia rice more resistant to low-temperature study of genetic transformation
Abstract: The low temperature on rice growth, development and even the entire rice production will have a negative impact of severe cold damage of the seed-setting rate of rice decreased, resulting in a substantial reduction, or even no production. Therefore, low temperature-resistant transgenic rice genetic research is necessary.In this study, Agrobacterium-mediated gene will be more than low-temperature-resistant plant expression vector into Ningxia KGTE existing rice varieties in cultivation, after several rounds of resistance screening, access to transgenic plants, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to improve the ability of rice cold lay basis.
