UC知道在医院想辞职找不到合适理由

经朋友介绍我去一家私立医院上班（我朋友和医院领导认识），可是才进去不到半月，觉得这个医院工作做风环境都不好，一个科室才几个人却都融合不起来，其他科室有问题也会推到我这个科室来，不想干了可进医院时毕业证被押着，所以想到辞职，本想直接说感觉不好想换个环境发展或在这工作有些压抑，工作有压力，可是我怕这么说朋友那边和医院领导不好交待；又想到学习深造、搬家、钱少、家里有事、身体欠佳、想去外地找工作、忙结婚啊可是都感觉没有一个合适的理由，嫌钱少说不定有可能给我再加毕竟我朋友介绍的哎，烦啊！！！！谁有比较好的理由帮忙想想，谢谢了！！
it's not right to say that the enviroment isn't good.
you just say, your girl firend or you wife wanted to end the seprate life, and live together.
or , your parents are old, you have to work near home ,then you have time to take care of them.
nomatter what reason you pick, you have to write "thank you " at the beginning. thank you for the chief, thank you for everything you learned, that is important.
but you shouldn't say you incapable for this job, that maybe ruin you future.
say"thank you " ,pick some reason, and go away.

直接说不想做了 拿毕业证就走人 还想什么理由
先对朋友说一下，毕竟是你朋友嘛，他会理解的，然后让他和你单位说啊，给你拿出来不就行了嘛
