1、刊登广告所需的文字、图片等资料，须在广告刊出日期前的20日内送至广告部，如因甲方原因影响乙方出刊，除承担乙方预定版位的广告费外，还需承担由此产生的其他费用。
2、本合同自签字之日起生效。双方签订合同后，甲方必须在合同规定的时间内一次付清全部广告款；如在合同规定付款时间内未收到广告款，将不予刊登，责任由甲方承担。
7、本协议未尽事宜，经双方协商可以补充规定，在不违反本协议相关条款的提前下，补充规定与本协议具有同等效力

1.The material like words and images required in placing the advertisement,should be sent to the advertising department in 20 days before the advertisement's placing date.If Part B's publishing was disturbed by the reason of part A,then,besides the reserving cost of part B,part A should pay the extra fee caused by this.
