我感觉前面的Demonstrated and proven 我没翻译出来，而且觉得也没招聘简历上那样直译。我就翻译成了--英语口语、普通话流利。不知道准确否？
下面一句At least 8 years of progressive experience in。。。
感觉这个progressive我也没翻译出来。

这个一般用现在时
Fluent in both English and Chinese (oral and written)
这样说就可以了吧

at least 8 years of continual working experience in...
At least 8 years of progressive experience in。。。
就是说起码有8年的相关执行经验.
前面就是说你口语和书写不管中英文都要很流利.

有明显的例子或证据显示
At least 8 years of progressive experience in
至少有八年的渐进式（有增长性的）的工作经验，
（意思是，每一个工作机会都会让你学到新的东西）
1.证明中英文均很流利；
2.并证明精通中英文口语与书写；
3.至少累计8年以上的相关工作经验。
