(s) Issue return goods authorizations, in an amount up to one percent of DISTRIBUTOR’s annual purchases, without any restocking charges for Products purchased by DISTRIBUTOR. For the sake of clarity, this amount is in addition to any returns pursuant to Section 6(t).
