摘要：目的 分析恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化，并探讨其临床意义。 方法 应用流式细胞仪检测146例恶性肿瘤患者和50例健康对照组的外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群的含量。 结果 恶性肿瘤患者CD8+T细胞百分率升高，与健康对照组比较，差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)；CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞百分率、CD4/CD8比值均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论 恶性肿瘤患者存在不同程度的免疫功能低下，流式细胞术可快速、准确地分析免疫功能。

Abstracts:
Objective: To analyse T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood diversification of malignant tumor patients and discuss the clinical significance at the same time.
Methods: Using flow cytometry to inspect 146 malignant rumor patients and 50 normal controls T lymphocyte and subset content.
Results: Malignant tumor patients CD8+T cells percentage hoisted and it’s difference have a clinical significance （P<0.5），the CD3+T cells,CD4+T percentage, CD4/CD8 ratio are obviously lower comparing with normal controls（P<0.01）.
Conclusions: The malignant tumor patients immunological functions are laigh and the flow cytometry could analyse the immunological functions accurately.
