农村中小学教师继续教育问题研究

摘要：为了适应现代社会的发展，教育部在1999年发布了《中小学教师继续教育规定》，其中明确提出所有中小学教师必须接受5年一轮的继续教育。继续教育经过近十年的开展，已经取得了很大的成就，但是其中也存在着相当多的问题，值得我们去关注和研究。
