Dencam 是不是你与之交易的公司，或是另外的一个公司或鉴定部门？

大概意思应该是这样的：

估计类似分期付款，这里的 30% 应该 是到压制完成 成品板（by finished laminate） 的时候付的。

对于这个板子，会有 Dencam公司 给出一个测定报告。
