If you were an employer, how to criticize your employees?

I will respect them .everyone on the world enjoy equil rights . employees have their own persionalities,glories.
they support their familly with their labor .they contribute a lot to our society.we should respect them.
But in the society many employers take no notice of the worker's rights. I trhink those who abuse workers are mad without conscience.
Now our nation advocate us to build a Harmonous society. Employers should pay more attention to wokers in order to support the party's calls.
