香樟植株水浸提液对萝卜种子发芽化感作用的初步研究

化感作用是农林复合生态系统中作物相互作用的重要方式,它有十分重要的经济、生态意义。在前人的香樟根际土壤水浸提液对蔬菜种子发芽具有化感作用效应的基础上,设计出香樟植株水浸提液的化感试验,该实验设计证实了香樟植株的根、茎、叶水浸提液对萝卜种子的发芽都具有一定的化感作用效应。结果表明,浸提液浓度不同,其化感效应不同,供体不同,化感效应差别也较大,具体表现为:当浓度为0.01g/ml时,香樟根、叶水浸提液对萝卜种子萌发与蒸馏水对照组相比较有化感促进作用,而当水浸提液浓度增大,对种子萌发的化感促进作用却在降低。当浓度等于或大于0.02g/ml时,香樟根、茎、叶水浸提液对萝卜种子萌发均有化感抑制作用,且浓度越大,化感抑制作用越强;在相同浓度下比较,当香樟各部位水浸液浓度达0.03 g/ml时,对萝卜化感抑制作用强度加强;当各部位水浸液浓度达0.04g/ml时,对萝卜发芽率的影响化感抑制作用强度进一步加强。可见,香樟植株根、茎、叶水浸液对萝卜种子发芽率均有不同程度的化感效应。浓度较低时,化感作用较小,对萝卜根生长起促进作用,随着溶液浓度的增大化感抑制作用逐渐增强,大致表现出低促高抑的规律。通过研究可得出结论:香樟对蔬菜有较强的化感作用,香樟林地发展林-菜复合种植一定要选择合适的蔬菜种类和科学的管理措施。
