我觉得 从句“if----”中应该用一般现在时来表示将来时

只知道表示假设的句子要用过去时态，那么前边应该是 if he didn't accept the offer.
记号，我不敢乱说，等达人来解释吧。
在if条件句中 主句用一般将来时 则从句用一般现在时表将来。
eg: we will not go to there if it rains tomorrow
