我下载了Macromedia Flash 8.0 简体版，可怎么安装不上呢？

安到一半显示"this package requries a newer version of the windows installer .do you want to update the version of the windows installer on your system?"
我点是，不一会出现"setup was unable to upgrade the windows installer."
点否，就退出安装了
这是为什么呀？怎么办呀？我急用这软件做作业？谢谢
