Should the publisher fail to issue the translation within that period all rights granted by the agreement may at the sole option of oecd and on notice in writing from oecd to the publisher revert immediately to oecd and on such notice any advance payments provided for in clause seven hereof shall be forfeited, without prejudice to any claim which oecd may have for moneys due,for damages or otherwise.
