摘 要 ：中国足球的未来在青少年身上，然而青少年的成长，需要良好的足球环境，为广大的青少年提供肥沃的生长土壤，是我们当代每一个足球工作者需要深思的课题。抓好青少年的足球训练,是中国足球走向世界的基础.文章指出并分析了当前中国青少年足球运动存在的主要问题,并针对性的提出了解决问题观念与管理措施.传统青少年的训练管理体制，受计划经济的影响，在“全国一盘棋”的要求下，表现为：基层学校，各级业余体校，省市专业队（体工队），各职业梯队，国家队的人才培养模式。同时，现行体制下没有严格的教练员准入制度，忽视了对教练员严格管理，滋生了众多腐败现象，导致教练员队伍鱼目混水珠，水平参差不齐，一些教练员利用家长望子成龙的思想，索要金钱和礼品，极大损害了教练员队伍的整体形象。同时，我国青少年足球运动员的培养与发展决定了国家队的综合素质和水平。把体育教育与体育竞技结合起来，把青少年足球运动员的培养纳入一个文化教育的组成部分。本文进一步分析扭转轻视文化学习的倾向；文化教育的培养是青少年足球运动员的首要目标：文化素质对提高中国青少年足球运动员的技战术水平起着重要作用。应该给年轻选手创造锻炼和培养的机会,其次，发挥媒体的作用，出版各种适合青少年特点的足球刊物和书籍，宣传和鼓励青少年走出国门，到世界先进足球国家研修和学习足球。我认为中国足球运动员的培养应该是放在学校里面进行的，形成学校为主体，社会，国家为补充的多元化发展合作模式。运动员从高中到大学，然后又球探到大学选秀，选中的可以去参加职业队，没被选中的可以继续自己的学业。在学校里球员能感受到一种文化的氛围，受到文化的熏陶，从而有利于身心的健康成长，有利于人生观，价值观的形成。
