摘要：随着全球化趋势的进一步发展和我国对外开放的不断深化，我国进出口贸易额增长迅速。与此同时，出口中存在的信用风险问题也越来越突出。本文从影响出口信用风险的因素分析入手，重点以外部因素为主，结合我国不同领域具有代表性的企业进行实证研究，从而有针对性地对我国出口贸易在信用风险领域所存在的问题提出一系列对策和建议。并对次贷危机这一新形式下，对我国出口信用风险的影响进行分析并提出预防方法。
