浅析农村中学生流失的原因及对策

——以药山镇中学为例

摘要：当前,农村由于受到市场经济的强劲冲击,正处在一种传统与开放、落后与进步互相冲撞的状态中。农村中学教育在这样一种环境中发展,受到的影响是非常大的。农村中学生在各种因素的影响下部分学生出现了一定的厌学心理,学生流失的现象也屡屡发生.很多地方在中学生流失率远高于国家规定3％的水平线.据不完全统计，仅2007年，就有497万中学生辍学！如此之多的青少年流向社会，增加了社会的不安定因素，从而影响到经济建设和发展，更增加了扫盲的难度，使脱盲的速度小于变盲速度，严重影响了民族整体素质的提高及中国的国际声誉。如何有效地遏制这种现象的延续乃至恶化，已经引起了越来越多的教育者和社会各界的高度重视。
