摘 要
农民工是我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中涌现的一支新型劳动大军，是实现新型工业化、城镇化的参与者和建设者，广大农民工已成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分，农民工为城市的繁荣、农村的发展和国家的现代化建设作出了重大贡献。近两年，由于世界金融风暴的波及，各城市有大批的农民工返乡。返乡农民工已经成为中国当前社会的一大焦点问题。本文将通过对全球金融危机期间农民工就业难情况的介绍，充分考虑影响我国农民就业难的诸多因素后，对如何改善目前农民工就业难提出相应对策。文中将结合影响农民工就业难的政治、经济、体制、环境等各种因素的状况及其历史走势，分析农民工就业的现状及其原因，根据研究结果对如何实现我国经济持续增长提出合理化的建议。

The wide peasant workers have become a essential part of domestic industrial workers. They have contibuted greatly to the prosperity of urban area, development of rural area and modernization construction of the whole country. In the last two years, because of global financial crisis, large quantities of peasant workers who work in the towns and cities are returnning back to their hometowns.This has been a social focus of present China.
