后面一组我理解 但是those are my fellows 总是以复数的方式出现 ,有可能诸如you are my fellow这种特定某人的说法吗?

前面一组有个例句mindful of the sacrifices borne by our “ancestors”和 because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our “forbearers”

A fellow must eat.
They are my fellows at school.

He is a close friend of mine.
2.赞助者;支持者[(+of/to)]
That rich lady is a friend of the arts.
