摘 要：选择切实可行的经营战略，以提高企业的市场竞争能力，对电子商务环境下的企业经营是至关重要的。本文在比较两种企业经营战略机理的基础上，分析了当前电子商务的现实环境，提出专业化应当成为目前电子商务环境下企业的基本经营策略，并对企业在选择和执行其经营战略中应注意的若干问题进行了探讨。

Abstract: The choice of practical business strategies to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises for e-commerce business environment is essential. In this paper, comparing two strategies for enterprise management mechanism based on the analysis of the current reality of e-commerce environment, specialized e-business environment should be under the current basic operating strategy of enterprises, and enterprises in the selection and implementation of its business strategy should be attention to a number of issues were discussed.
