恒温水箱自动控制系统
摘 要
简单的恒温系统有很多，例如：热水器，饮水机，锅炉等等。目前市面上的恒温系统产品具备升温保温功能，但大多不具备温度设定和显示功能，本课题主要研究具备温度设定和显示的智能化的恒温控制系统。本系统在恒温功能的基础上增加了温度设定和温度实时显示的可视化功能。提高了系统的可操作性，使操作更加人性化。
本设计是基于51系列单片机，设计的一套能有效控制和显示水箱温度的硬件系统。系统的主要功能是，通过传感器检测实时水温，与设定水温比较后产生开关信号，控制加热系统的开断，以实现对水体的恒温控制。并对水温进行实时显示。软件设计采用了c语言和keil编译器。硬件部分采用了ATMEL公司的AT89C52单片机作为主控制器，温度监测使用18B20集成温度传感器，并采用了1602液晶显示模块和继电器实现水温实时显示和加热器控制。
此系统体积小，使用灵活方便，检测部分和加温部分容易分离，并且只需进行软件修改就能改变系统对温度的检测精度，这就使得该系统应用领域得到极大扩展。
