【摘要】 目的:以水提醇沉法提取枸杞多糖并进行工艺优选。方法:用热水浸提的方法来提取枸杞多糖,以浸提时间、固液比、温度以及浸提次数作为因素进行单因素实验。通过分析,确定单因素提取条件范围以及最佳实验条件。结果:经过正交试验优化,固液比1/20,温度60℃,浸提时间2h,浸提次数2次为最优工艺条件,粗多糖提取率0.88%。
