本文首先介绍了原动机仿真系统的发展历程、本文主要研究工作、课题的来源及意义，然后介绍了原动机仿真系统数字控制部分的硬件结构、原理、特点及系统中用作地址译码PLD芯片的烧制方法。阐述了原动机仿真系统主程序的设计思路和流程，详细介绍了80C196KC的中断资源及中断编程，对系统调速器模型的离散化编程做了详细分析。针对水轮机之油动机模型在积分环节存在整量化误差的问题，提出了“零存整取”的解决方案，在一定程度上解决了水机运行的震荡问题，提高了系统的响应速度和控制精度。对双脉冲测速方案中出现的速度突变和测速死区进行了分析论证，提出了测速齿轮槽口尺寸减小和测速软件限时的解决方案。此外，为提高系统运行的稳定性和可靠性，还对系统模拟量采集的软件和硬件滤波器设计、软件运行抗干扰经验等做了阐述。
最后，本文对硬件和软件进行了调试，总结了部分软件的调试查错方法，试验结果表明该系统的硬件和软件设计方案是可行的。
