浙江中小企业融资问题现状研究

摘要：随着经济的不断发展，中小企业在我国经济中的地位和作用己经变得越来越重要。但随之而来中小企业发展所遇到的制约也越来越严重，其中融资难在所有制约因素中显得尤为突出。浙江省是经济大省，同时更是中小企业大省，中小企业已经成为浙江经济发展的生力军。可以说，浙江省就是一个典型的中小企业省，中小企业为浙江省的经济作出了巨大的贡献，在浙江的经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。解决浙江中小企业融资问题显得尤为重要。
论文针对当前国内外经济发展现状，分析、对比国内外对中小企业融资问题研究的成果和实践经验，从浙江中小企业融资的现状出发，分析浙江中小企业融资难问题的成因、特点，并对现有融资措施进行效果分析，最后因地制宜地提出要解决浙江中小企业融资问题必须依靠地方性中小金融机构和建设中小企业信用体系。

Zhejiang Province is a province with prosperous economy, as well as a province with the most small and medium-sized enterprises, thus, small and medium-sized enterprises have become a force for the economic development in Zhejiang. It can be said that Zhejiang is a typical province with the most small and medium-sized enterprises, which have made tremendous contributions to the economy of Zhejiang Province, and have been playing an vital role in the economic development of Zhejiang.
