摘 要
中小企业已成为国民经济的主要力量,其竞争力日渐提升,中小企业是市场经济的重要组成部分,是推动科技和技术进步的主要力量。与大企业相比,小企业除了拥有决策迅速、行动灵活优势外,在品牌、资金、人力资源等方面都先天处于劣势。我国中小企业在市场经济中正扮演着重要角色,但发展不平衡问题较多,在中小企业为自身生存和发展所做的努力中,如何在市场营销或者产品销售上取得突破,始终是企业决策层的头等大事,关系着企业的前途和命运。本文从中小企业面临的市场环境出发,利用4C理论,即从产品、定价、销售渠道和促销方式四个角度对中小企业营销策略中的不足进行了分析与研究,在此基础上借用4P理论,即从消费者、成本、便利和沟通四个角度提出了中小企业营销策略的改进方案,为其健康发展提供理论上的借鉴与参考。
