摘要
跨国公司为了实现其利润最大化的目标，除了在全球范围内优化配置资源之外，有时候也会采取一些经营策略，以获取非正当利益，其中最重要的就是转移价格。近年来，随着国际直接投资的迅速发展和跨国经营的日益活跃，转移价格问题越来越引起人们的重视。本文就跨国公司转移价格的确定方式及对我国经济的影响作了探讨，并在此基础上提出了对加强管理措施的建议。

Abstract
Transnational corporations in order to achieve the goal of maximizing their profits, in addition to optimizing the allocation of global resources, and sometimes will take some business strategy to obtain the non-legitimate interests, the most important thing is to transfer pricing. In recent years, with international direct investment and the rapid development of cross-border operations have become increasingly popular, the issue of transfer pricing has attracted attention. In this paper, the determination of multinational transfer pricing methods and the impact on China's economy were discussed, and on this basis proposed management measures to strengthen the proposal.
