吃饭（应该是午饭）：be at lunch

The receptionist is at lunch break now.
The receptionist is at (her) lunch now.
The receptionist has gone for lunch now.

真正地道的英语不用“去吃饭”这样的话，最地道的说法应该是
The receptionist is at her break.
她正在工作的间歇。

The young lady at the front desk just went to eat.
