在我国乃至世界的商业经济发展史中,百货一直是零售商业的主流业态,但是随着超级市场、仓储商店、网络购物的迅速发展,使得传统的百货商店受到了巨大的冲击。一度是龙头的百货业似乎走向了尽头,但是任何一种零售业态都有着存在和发展的空间。
“百货超市”就是传统百货变革尝试的重要一步,百货商店在中国新的发展就是一些传统百货已经开始实施“引入超市”的百货模式,面对越来越多的大型超市的竞争。百货商店也在店中开始超级市场,进而有的百货商店扩大了超市的经营比重。百货商店这一新的发展动态表明百货商店开始正面迎战大型超市的竞争。用增加超市的经营品种和混合业态的“一站式购物”功能来竞争,然而面对当前市场已逐渐由原来的卖方市场转变为买方市场,企业就更要面临众多的不确定因素及种种挑战。
本文从三部分进行了分析,第一部分是对中国零售业态的发展进行了论述,第二部分是对百货超市型企业发展的影响因素进行了分析,第三部分就是制定了在买方市场下百货超市型企业的营销策略。
