第一个他将要来，因为“我”不知道，所以用将来时，是宾语从句。第二个，当他来的时候，可以直接用一般现在时，就是他来了的意思，是条件状语从句，主句将来时，从句一般现在时。

will come(不知道他什么时候来）, comes（当他来到.....）

第三个空应该没有吧? 就是 When he comes,would you please ask him to call me?
