摘 要：当前我国面临着严峻的环境问题，社会公众环境意识的提高和国际化程度的加大，我国企业面对着越来越强烈的环境信息需求，企业及时地披露环境信息是合理配置社会资源、改善社会环境的必然要求。企业进行环境会计信息披露，不仅可以给企业创造良好的外部经营环境，还可以树立良好的企业形象，增强企业的市场竞争力。因此，针对我国目前环境会计信息披露所存在的问题，找出各种解决问题的对策，便具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。本文理论联系实际分析了我国目前实施环境会计信息披露制度存在的问题，并且借鉴国际先进经验，结合我国实际国情，提出了完善我国环境会计信息披露制度的措施建议。
