摘 要
随着电子设备集成度的提高和向微型化的发展,热流密度不断增加,散热问题己成为制约电子技术发展的主要因素之一。散热器和风扇组合的强迫风冷技术具有设计简单、使用方便、成本低廉等优势,是目前电子设备中应用最广泛的冷却技术。电子设备的可靠性及其性能 ,在很大程度上取决于设备是否具有良好的热设计考虑 ,以及所采取的散热措施是否有效。本文关于对某电信机箱柜的散热分析及散热设计优化即以这一重要领域为背景。
本文首先对电子器件散热技术及强迫风冷散热器的国内外研究现状和发展进行了回顾,然后建立了散热器物理模型和数学模型。在此基础上,利用Icepak软件对电信机箱柜进行物理建模,在常温的环境下进行了电信机柜的散热分析,获得了空气在通道中的流动和换热细节,加深了对散热器流动特性和换热性能的认识。接着在环境温度为40°C下对电信机柜进行散热设计的优化。研究了在强制风冷的空气中,相同的散热环境下设计利用不同的散热器对机柜散热性能的影响,提出了利用熵产法进行散热器的综合分析以找到最利于电信机柜散热的方案。
