本文密切联系潞安煤矿企业的安全管理实际，以先进的安全理论为指导，强调系统方法和过程化方法，深入细致的介绍了煤矿企业的安全管理结构体系。并在此基础上，对该理论的应用前景进行了展望，其管理理念、理论、方法和技术对煤炭行业具有重要的推广和借鉴价值。
