我们看到后半句I'm not hungry now“现在我不饿”我们可以推断前半句的意思应该是“我已经吃饭过午饭了”，很明显是完成时，为了前后句子时态一致要使用现在完成时！

用现在完成时表示动作发生在过去，对现在的影响（不饿了）。
