各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
经国务院批准，提高部分商品的出口退税率。现就有关事宜通知如下：
一、电视用发送设备、缝纫机等商品的出口退税率提高到17%。
二、罐头、果汁、桑丝等农业深加工产品，电动齿轮泵、半挂车等机电产品，光学元件等仪器仪表，胰岛素制剂等药品，箱包，鞋帽，伞，毛发制品，玩具，家具等商品的出口退税率提高到15%。
三、部分塑料、陶瓷、玻璃制品，部分水产品，车削工具等商品的出口退税率提高到13%。
四、合金钢异性材等钢材、钢铁结构体等钢铁制品、剪刀等商品的出口退税率提高到9%。
五、玉米淀粉、酒精的出口退税率提高到5%。
具体商品清单见附件。
六、本通知自2009年6月1日起执行。具体执行时间，以“出口货物报关单（出口退税专用）”海关注明的出口日期为准。
