摘 要
目前，随着我国经济的逐步增长，人们对居住条件生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高，对中央空调的需求越来越大，对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。根据南京市的能源使用现状及目前的经济发展水平，从节能的角度出发进行设计，为人们提供一个舒适、安全、卫生的工作环境。
本设计是兰州市世纪办公楼的空调工程设计，该建筑物共有五层。一到五层的层高均为3.9米。
根据合理利用能源的原则，因地制宜，在比较各种方案的可行性后，选择一个技术可靠，经济合理，管理方便的设计方案。最终确定方案为：所有房间采用风机盘管加新风系统，本建筑物采用螺杆式冷水机组作为冷源。水系统选择闭式、竖直同程、水平异程式、双管制、单级泵，变流量系统。
设计内容包括: 空调负荷的计算；空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定；送风状态及送风量的确定；冷源的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；风系统的设计与计算；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的设计及校核；水系统的设计及计算；风管系统与水管系统保温层和防腐设计；消声防振设计等内容。
