本论文对光学表面亚表层损伤检测的扫描方法进行了详细的研究。通过了解分析现有的各种光学成像及扫描方式，本论文提出并设计了一种新型的基于激光散射扫描层析技术的线聚焦光学扫描方法。主要研究工作如下：
1通过参阅文献，熟悉了国内外现有亚表层损伤检测方法，分析了基于光学层析技术基础上的激光散射扫描层析法的工作原理、相关技术以及其特点。
2 通过详细分析该方法的光学扫描系统的成像方式、可能的平面扫描方式和轴向扫描方式。提出建立线聚焦光学扫描方式。
3 根据课题要求的测量精度，设计了采用平凸柱面镜实现线聚焦、超薄型精密电控平移台移动实现平面扫面和电压控制、压电陶瓷驱动实现轴向扫描的线聚焦光学扫描系统。
4 分析了线聚焦光学扫描系统下，可能的扫描方式及其产生的误差，比较并初步确立合适的光学表面亚表层损伤检测的光学扫描方法。
经过近四个月研究，通过阅读资料，设计建立了线聚焦光学扫描系统，并讨论了可能的扫描方式及误差，为以后具体的实验研究奠定了基础，同时为未来光学表面亚表层损伤检测方法的研究，提供理论基础。
